The original mold was used as the model for the Japanese-card-reader-game-only Chromia, and redecoed for the BotCon 2011 exclusive Drag Strip. The toy also comes with a Tech Specs-style bio that was written by class organizer Shawn D. Wyatt's character model for Minerva, and an optional second set that replicate the appearance of the original Minerva's antennae, designed by Jesse Wittenrich. She continues the trend begun with Sideswipe the previous year of actually being cast in new colors of plastic (in this case, red, white, and grey instead of magenta, off-white and black), and even comes with two unique new pieces sculpted from resin: a set of ear-antennae matching those in Derrick J. During the class, the toy was assembled, painted and stickered by participants. Timelines Minerva is a redeco of Animated Arcee, available only in the customization class at BotCon 2011. ![]() Minerva (Deluxe, BotCon 2011 customization class).
